You may request a refund within seven days of purchase. A confirmed refund ends paid access; statutory rights are unaffected.

A refund ends paid access when confirmed. Any downloaded PDF or CSV remains with you and cannot be revoked. Polar returns applicable tax; payment processing fees are not returned to us. This policy does not limit statutory rights.
